Led by experienced associate partners, these programmes can be customised  to meet key organisational objectives and industry background, with an option for certification by leading accreditation bodies.


Young Leaders Programme

Our Young Leaders Programme has been designed for individuals aged between 14 and 24 years who are actively engaged in structured learning within a group or community. The core aim of the programme is to help young learners develop a range of transferrable skills and behaviours in leadership, self-management and mentoring, alongside an appreciation of the benefits that can be gained through volunteering and an extended awareness of their cultural and social environment.

Emerging Leaders and Developing Managers

Our Emerging Leaders and Developing Managers Programme recognises the need retain and nurture talented and high potential individuals, providing a pathway for the development of essential skills and behaviours that will support future growth, performance and efficiency within the organisation.

Management Development for Legal Excellence

This management development programme is designed for those working in the legal sector and draws on key aspects of the Lexcel quality standards for excellence in practice management and client care. The programme is appropriate for those who are already working in a Lexcel accredited organisation as well as those who are seeking to improve skills and awareness in line with the Lexcel framework. Delivered as a three tier programme, successful completion may be linked to attainment of an award, certificate or diploma and Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute.

Senior Management Development

This programme is designed for both aspiring and established senior managers seeking to consolidate and develop personal management and leadership skills, whilst providing a focus on key aspects of business operation and strategic planning. This programme gives participants an opportunity to extend their professional development and link their studies to an accredited qualification with either the Institute of Leadership and Management or the Chartered Management Institute.

Coaching and Mentoring for Performance Improvement

This highly practical programme is for leaders, managers and facilitators at all levels seeking to develop their skills and knowledge in coaching and mentoring,  and experience the impact that this can have on individual and organisational workplace performance. Subject to the participant group, this programme is delivered at beginner, middle and senior management level and may be linked to an accredited qualification with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
