eAlliance Announces Partnership with Suffolk Enterprise Agency
- On 7th June 2016
eAlliance is pleased to announce a new partnership with Menta, the Suffolk Enterprise Agency to provide a library of carefully catalogued eLearning courses to the business community of the region.
Menta, who offer an ever increasing programme of business masterclasses and training for small to medium sized organisations, reacted to feedback indicating that affordable eLearning across a range of core business basics and personal development themes would be a valuable addition to their already successful face-to-face events. eAlliance was appointed as preferred supplier after Menta had spent time researching and speaking with a number of digital learning companies.
eAlliance’s Managing Director, John Baxter, commented, “As a locally based organisation, we are extremely pleased to be working with Menta, using our world-class learning technology to support the development of staff and help improve the flexibility and efficiency of training resources for businesses across our region”.
The Menta course catalogue contains over 700 interactive courses covering a broad range of subjects, providing a flexible alternative for the delivery of all forms of mandatory workplace training, as well as meeting the specific learning needs of staff in areas such Microsoft IT skills, sales and customer service, broader skills for business efficiency and development of leaders and managers.
A number of these courses are certified by Government trade organisations or may lead to a formal accreditation within a recognised qualification programme. Where relevant, online training can also contribute to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Menta’s Chief Executive, Alex Till, said “It would be a huge investment to offer traditional training covering 40 different business subjects, however, by using the advances of modern technology e-learning makes this possible. I see this development as a way to complement our existing services not to replace them.”
