Andrew has run his own Training and Development Consultancy for over 25 years and has extensive experience in both public and private sectors designing and delivering training and ILM qualification programmes for all levels of management.  He has also worked with the Institute of Leadership and Management as an international Business Consultant and External Verifier for over 6 years.

His leadership & management design and delivery experience extends across organisations such as The Rank Group, Birmingham City Council, VolkerWessels UK Ltd, The Scottish Prison Service College, Northamptonshire County Council and Abu Dhabi Police. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
