You’ll enjoy a new, intuitive interface that makes learning more accessible, more enjoyable, and more efficient – whether you’re a learner or an administrator.

What’s Changing for Your Learners
- A Fresh, Customised Homepage: The new homepage offers a more visual, user-friendly layout, helping learners navigate more easily and focus on the tasks that matter most, whilst, customisable content belts make learning engaging and dynamic.
- My Tasks – Stay Organised: A new My Tasks section displays exactly what learners need to complete and when. Tasks are added automatically and prioritised by urgency – making it easier to stay on top of deadlines.
- My Mandatory Training – Stay Compliant: Mandatory training is now grouped in one place. Learners can see what’s required, prioritised by importance. A new progress dial gives an instant view of compliance status.
- Customised Belts – Stay Current: Optional homepage “belts” such as ‘Trending This Week’ or ‘Recommended for You’ highlight timely and relevant courses. These can be customised to suit your organisation’s priorities and set up by the eAlliance team.
- Finder Tool – Explore Content Easily: The new Finder search feature is available from any page. Results appear instantly, allowing learners to search and explore without interrupting their workflow.
- My Learning – One Hub for Everything: The updated My Learning section remains the central location for all user tasks, resources, and progress. It’s now even easier to manage learning journeys and keep focused on goals.
- Achievements – Recognise Success: Completed courses and activities are now showcased as visible achievements. Learners can track their progress and celebrate their milestones with ease.
What’s Changing for Administrators
- New Admin Home Page: The new Admin Home page has been designed to simplify your everyday tasks, from assigning content to tracking progress – all while keeping the tools you know and trust.
- Smarter Analytics: Enhanced Analytics and Reporting tools provide instant insights into training engagement, completion rates, and performance. A new Engagement Score, updated monthly, gives a clear snapshot of learner interaction, along with tailored tips to boost results.
- Easier Training Assignment: Updated Content Assignment Tools make it easy to assign training as mandatory or optional, with streamlined tracking and progress reporting through new dashboards.
Other Helpful Enhancements
- Simplified Profile Menu: The Profile Menu is now cleaner, more focused and easier to navigate. Only the most relevant and frequently used items are shown, improving usability for both learners and administrators.
- Enhanced Admin View: A new ‘Admin View’ option in the profile menu gives quick access to essential admin pages, streamlining navigation for platform managers.
- Certificates Centre: The new Certificates Centre allows bulk downloading and uploading of learner certificates. It centralises certificate management, making it easier to stay organised.
