To start
Once you have decided on your completion time framework of 6 or 12 months we will arrange an online tutor-led induction session. This session will focus on current roles, responsibilities and challenges, identify possible skills gaps and learning objectives and focus on the outcomes you want to achieve from participation. It will also provide an introduction to the programme content and explain everything you’ll need to know about using our online learning portal and resources.
On-programme
Each month, or every other month, participants will have a programme module added to their training plan on our online learning portal. This will consist of the latest video-based eLearning courses with knowledge reinforcement assessments and a digital study guide containing information and accelerated learning activities that will require participants to demonstrate how new skills, techniques and knowledge can be applied into work-related scenarios. The activities in each module are designed for self-paced learning.
At the end of each module there will be a tutor-led one-to-one or group reflection and facilitation session to discuss the topics covered and how new skills, techniques and knowledge could be applied to improve specific areas of individual and team performance. Participants will also have access to personalised guidance and support throughout the programme.
End-of-programme
