Leadership in 2020 – Working in the New Normal

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new online learning programme, which tackles the key issues faced by leaders and managers who are adapting existing skills and possibly having to learn new ones as businesses and organisations continue to adjust to a new working normal.

The programme is broken down into three self-paced learning modules, which include a combination of eLearning courses, work-related exercises, tools and tips.

In module 1 we take a look at the leadership skills and styles necessary to support business resilience, ensuring that employees are able to deal with change whilst functioning safely and effectively.

Then, in module 2 we explore performance management in the ‘new normal’ and consider how we develop, train and engage individuals and teams for efficiency and productivity.

Finally, in module 3 we consider the skills, issues and challenges faced by leaders and managers of remote workers and teams, as organisations increasingly move to home working.
